Coach Josh is a basketball and strength and conditioning coach with the Burloak and Lincoln Prep programs.
Josh is passionate about strength and speed training for young athletes to develop their movement skills and prevent injury.
He brings lots of energy to each session and primarily uses small sided games, competitive drills and scrimmages with constraints to teach the game of basketball while having lots of fun in the process!
